Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are not accepted unless faulty or damaged product is received. Damaged or faulty product must be reported within 14 days of purchase. If this is the case, please contact us at help.lunadesigns@gmail.com to open a return case.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

- Items show obvious signs of wear / use

- Items are not returned in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Items that cannot be returned under any circumstances are sale items & gift cards.

Refunds

For approved return cases, we will inspect the return upon delivery to us and confirm the return is eligible to be finalized. If the return is confirmed eligible, you will be notified and our team will issue your refund back to the original form of payment.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show in your account.

Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders are subject to the same return & refund guidelines as standard orders.
