We sure do! Wherever you or your favorite people are located, we can ship our products to you or them.
Will you ever restock a scarf design that is sold out?
No, our scarves are produced in small batches to preserve the exclusive and collectable nature of each piece. We release fresh designs each season so that our customers can always look forward to something new!
How will my order be packaged?
Every order is packaged with love and a little Luna magic. We wrap everything in tissue paper, secure it with a luxe embossed sticker, and complete the package with a heartfelt thank you card. Scarves are shipped in branded mailing envelopes and larger homewares are shipped in branded mailing boxes.
How do I redeem my stars?
To redeem your stars for discounts on your order, first make sure you a logged into your account on our website. Then, proceed to the checkout page and look for the stars section on the right side of the page on desktop (or below the order summary on mobile). If you have enough stars to redeem for a discount, you will see an input box where you will be able to select the number of stars you would like to redeem. Enter the amount and click on the 'Redeem' button. You should see your order total update with the discount.
Can I gift your products?
Absolutely! If you prefer to let us handle the delivery, simply place an order here on our website and make sure to use the giftee's shipping address at checkout. We will wrap it up beautifully and ship it right to the recipient.
How do I earn stars?
Earning stars couldn't be easier! Simply create a member account here on our website, and you will automatically start collecting stars with every order! Make sure you are logged into your account before placing orders to ensure you earn your stars and to redeem stars you already have.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made by talented artisans all over the world. Many of our products are made right here in the United States of America, while others are crafted overseas. We are working hard to achieve our long term goal of having all of our products made in the U.S.A.
Do you offer custom scarves?
